Izidro Sousa
Izidro Sousa is an IT Project Manager, Speaker, and Communication Coach with extensive experience in the field of Information Technology.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems and Management from the University of Minho – Portugal, a Master’s degree in Innovation Management from ISCTE Business School – Portugal, and a Post-graduate degree in Executive MBA from INDEG-ISCTE-IUL – Portugal.
He has worked as a computer programmer, systems analyst, project manager, and director/head of department, and has a proven track record of delivering projects, managing projects and teams.
As a speaker, Izidro has gained recognition for his skills in public speaking, having won several speech contests, including the Iberian Championship of Public Speaking three times in a row, the European Championship of Public Speaking, and was a finalist in the World Championship of Public Speaking, ranking among the top 8 out of more than 30 thousand contestants from 140 countries.
As a communication coach, Izidro helps individuals to overcome their fear of public speaking and deliver impactful presentations.
